Should I Be Taking Supplements

Should I Be Taking Supplements

Should I be taking supplements.? Someone let me know what kind of medicinal properties my aide in my quest for a bigger dick ;)

I do supps for a living. :) 1st neglected supplement in ones diet is Omega 3 fatty acids. They are in cold water fish, and if you do not consume much fish you need to supplement. Vitamin D is often neglected as well. Whole milk does not provide as much D as we need in our diets, because it is not always bio available. Zinc, copper, manganese and selenium are all essential for bodily growth, as are complete amino acid chains.

So…..
Protein
Omega 3 (fish oils)
D3
and a good multivitamin are all a GREAT start!!

I agree with the eating fish thing, but multivites make expensive piss.

Eat meat a few times a week. Not fast food burgers, but real steak or a roast. The feminist media hypes the health risks of meat, but men need meat in their diet.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Want more meat, eat more meat. Makes sense!! And A, the thing about expensive piss is true if you buy shit vitamins that are not Bio-Available. This means they have already been converted into useable substances, rather than demanding the pancreas and liver convert them into absorbable substances.

Yep. And stay the fuck away from soy. Soy kills Testosterone on sight.

Agreed. I never was a fan of soy. Especially all this GMO soy that is used in today’s age.

So … every thing you read says that Protein is a good thing … and Meat is an excellent source. But what about supplements? i have used Whey Powder for years … Is that killing my testosterone like Soy?

I have also taken to snacking on edemame as an additional protein source… Is that killing my “T”?

Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

I would imagine you would have to watch how many you are eating.

And you have to really watch the labels on foods you think would be free from soy, like protein powders and bars, and even frozen meats that have soy protein added.

Not all of these products have soy in them, but read the label and you will be surprised how many do.

Hmmmm, depends. How old are you and do you have digestive issues?

I’m in my mid-40’s in good shape and good health. No digestive issues.

Well that is great to hear. I work in a wellness center, so all of the products that I have available to me are pharmaceutical grade products, also known as neutro-ceuticals. They actually create awesome changes in peoples health, rather than come straight out into the toilet or bushes when taking a piss. Going to walmart or eckerd for your supplements tends to be a waste of money. Do you have a wellness practitioner, like a chiropractor or accupuncturist that sells supplements?

Yep, I go to a Chiro on a regular basis. Is there a certain brand/s that I should be looking for?

Thanks again for the info.

Well that depends. I use Nutri-West, Professional Research Labs, and Apex Energetics. Others have used Standard Process with great results. Just tell the D.C. that you want a good multi, Omega-3s, and maybe a liquid vitamin D supplement and you should be good to go.
