should I start hanging?
I’ve been reading a lot about hanging and I am very interested in starting to hang. The only thing is that I am 1 month and a week into PEing I was a little unsure if it could be to soon. Although I’ve read about people starting their PE career by hanging and have no problems. So I was thinking about starting off small with a few sessions of 5 minutes hanging 5 mins rest a couple times a day, 5 days a week. And include jelqing along with these sessions. Anybody think I should stick to my routine that has given me a .6” in BPEL and. 25” in MEG in my first month?
