I’ve been reading a lot about hanging and I am very interested in starting to hang. The only thing is that I am 1 month and a week into PEing I was a little unsure if it could be to soon. Although I’ve read about people starting their PE career by hanging and have no problems. So I was thinking about starting off small with a few sessions of 5 minutes hanging 5 mins rest a couple times a day, 5 days a week. And include jelqing along with these sessions. Anybody think I should stick to my routine that has given me a .6” in BPEL and. 25” in MEG in my first month?

You are getting incredible gains with what you are doing now. Why would you change?

I suggest you keep hanging in mind if your gains stop.

Well I did change my routine after my first two weeks I went from a routine of 10 minutes stretching and 15 minutes jelqing and started a new routine in which I warmed up 5 minutes and did 10 minutes of stretching and then 10 minutes of jelqing with stopping in the middle of each session to reheat and at the end I stretched out my Dick and put ice cubes on it until they melted. So I was thinking of changing my routine to hopefully continue the gains as I did in my first month. If that makes sense

Keep doing what’s working because it’s working really well. Those gains are about as fast as you could realistically hope to grow.

I think you should instantly stop doing what has given you gains of 1/2” x 1/4” in only a month and switch to something that may or may not work for you. Not.

Those are freaky fast gains. Do not mess with your routine in any way shape of form until it stops working.

I just thought I could possibly enhance my gains by replacing manual stretching with light hanging

And it might work, but it isn’t worth the risk. Stick with what you are doing for some months, even if your gains slow. I doubt that they will just stop cold, so you are easily looking at overall length gains of an inch in under 3 months of PE. That is more than many guys get in a year.

Listen to these guys, they’re pointing you in the right direction. If it aint broke, don’t fix it.
