Quick update: I just did warm towel 5 minutes before exercise, stretched towards every cardinal direction possible but forgot to do the around the world, then I did 30 wet jelqs I used baby oil and it wasn’t painful actually felt nice for a change, then I proceeded to use a warm towel again for 5 minutes and next I will be doing edging for 20 minutes.
Great stuff. I started with 50 jelq’s but everybody is different. I don’t do dry jelq’s for personal reasons. I only use wet jelq’s. Personally I use coconut oil as a lubricant but baby oil works just as well. I just use coconut oil for the health benefits. I gradually worked up to 250 jelq’s. It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes work. Listen to your body. That’s the most important advice I can give you. I’ve added things to my routine, and its working great, but when my body tells me “hey buddy, take it easy. I’m not an elastic.” Then I listen and ease off a bit for healing to take place. But all I can say now is welcome to Thunders, and now that you have a proper routine, you can get some proper gains from PE. Just to do things all willy nilly without proper guidance would have gotten you nowhere.
