You still have a long road in the conditioning department. But with time things will get easier. No problem about the questions. Well its your routine. You can do it anyway you like. Personally, I start with my warm up (if you down do a warm up I suggest you start. It will help.) and then go into my stretches. Then I will go into my jelqing. This part will vary depending on what I’m working on. I usually work on length so its between 250 and 300 jelqs at between 60-80% erect. If I want to gain girth I will jelq at 90-100% erect (not for beginners. Its very intense and you can pick up an injury easily. Plus you need a few year of conditioning to do it safely.) and work in a few squeezes (also not for beginners) and then go into my edging routine. I edge for between 20-30 minutes and sometimes end with a happy ending but most times not. I save my man juice for sex.

Sorry this is going to sound really stupid, but what exactly do you mean a warm up? How do you warm up?

Okay I know everything I need to know except for which type of stretch I should do, in the tutorial section there’s a lot of them. As for jelqing, I believe 250-300 is a bit much for me right now lol, where do you believe I should start? Do you think I should just proceed with the 26 where I am at the moment or start at 30?

Quick update: I just did warm towel 5 minutes before exercise, stretched towards every cardinal direction possible but forgot to do the around the world, then I did 30 wet jelqs I used baby oil and it wasn’t painful actually felt nice for a change, then I proceeded to use a warm towel again for 5 minutes and next I will be doing edging for 20 minutes.

Great stuff. I started with 50 jelq’s but everybody is different. I don’t do dry jelq’s for personal reasons. I only use wet jelq’s. Personally I use coconut oil as a lubricant but baby oil works just as well. I just use coconut oil for the health benefits. I gradually worked up to 250 jelq’s. It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes work. Listen to your body. That’s the most important advice I can give you. I’ve added things to my routine, and its working great, but when my body tells me “hey buddy, take it easy. I’m not an elastic.” Then I listen and ease off a bit for healing to take place. But all I can say now is welcome to Thunders, and now that you have a proper routine, you can get some proper gains from PE. Just to do things all willy nilly without proper guidance would have gotten you nowhere.

Thanks for all your help, I will probably upgrade oil because in my house there is just so many I just don’t want to make it seem weird, after all this is between me and Thunders lol.

Lol. Well yes. Don’t worry, I also stealth so I understand. Well I can help with a few lubricants I have tried. 1. Lubes for sex. Bad idea. They disappear fast and are way too expensive to keep reapplying. 2. Just plain soap. Also bad idea. Leads to red spots and doesn’t quite offer the lubrication needed. Also have to keep reapplying. 3. Baby oil. Works great. Nice lubrication and it gets absorbed somewhat into the skin making it nice and soft. Drawback. You can’t try stretches for a while after jelqing. Also, if you have a marathon session you need to reapply. 4. Vaseline (or for people in other countries KY Jelly) works the best. gives nice lubrication, but not too much so you can do a nice jelq. Easy to remove after for stretching and is even nice to edge with. So it really is a good choice. 5. Coconut oil. Gives nice lubrication but not perfect. Gets absorbed into the skin pretty fast so must reapply a few times. Its not ideal but the health benefits are great. It assists with healing and keeps the skin from getting darker over time. Also I’m prone to skin tacks and I’m using coconut oil to prevent them. Also if you have skin tacks you can use coconut oil with apple cider vinegar to remove them.
