Should I Stop?

So I started on the 9th of this month and I’ve been on a basis of 2 yes 1 no. (I skipped two random days but I’m back on track kinda) I should be on 32 Jelqs going off by the basic guide but I’m still on 26. I’m having pain, maybe I’m not jelqing correctly or maybe too hard, and I’m not sure why? Should I stop with the exercise? I’m having problems with even getting hard, I can only imagine I’m sore. This did happen before I quit and came back like 10 days later. Should I keep going or stop is my question? I want to beat my meat and I’m wondering if I should as well?

There shouldn’t be any pain. Maybe you’re jelqing to hard and have to ease off. Is it only while jelqing that you are experiencing pain or do you think you might have picked up an injury?

I hope I haven’t picked up an injury. The pain is mostly while jelqing and it’s on the sides of my penis and also right at the bottom of the head of my penis kinda where I hold the jelq right before I let go and rinse and repeat.

Sounds like you’re going at it way too hard.

This question probably has no answer, but how do I know when I’m doing it right?

Edit: when I jelq it does feel like my head is going to explode so it’s definitely too hard.

Yeah, you’re definitely going at it too hard then. At what gauge are you jelqing? 60% erection or where?

Maybe at around 60-70 maybe 80% it’s getting kinda hard to even read my erections since they come and easily go so to say it’s currently hard to maintain them.

Ok, well learn to edge. That will help with gauging where you are on the arousal scale. It does take some time but helps a lot. Then maybe start more at a 40% erection and jelq there until your penis is better conditioned. You’re still a newbie, so between 40-60% is the safe area you should be jelqing at to avoid injuries and pain. There should never be pain. So basically, your penis should be rather flaccid with mild blood engorging it and then try to jelq from there. Also edging will help with your poor EQ. So you will be able to sustain an erection for longer.

Correct me if I’m wrong but Edging is masturbation but stopping right before I am at climax and proceeding once I no longer feel like ejaculating? How can I get the right strength for the jell and when do I know? How do I know if I’m doing it right? Sorry for all the questions I’m just not trying to get injured.

You must be using too much squeezing force with your hands. Back off on the pressure you are using. Jelqing feel more on the pleasant side, then the hurt side.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I guess I would call it a stroking massage. When you do it up around 80 to 90% erect, you should feel the internal blood pressure rise with each stroke that promotes girth expansion. At lower erection levels, it is more of a stretch feeling that promotes length.

Thanks this gives me a rough idea of what I have to do and I’ve been doing it entirely wrong.

Well that’s an oversimplification of edging. Yes. But actually, edging is gauging where you are on a scale from 1-10. 1 being no sexual desire or basically there has been no stimulation and you’re very limp. 10 is ejaculation. Edging is all about getting to 9 without spilling over to 10 for as long as you can. So basically you start masturbating, and just listen to your body, and as soon as you feel you’re reaching the point of no return, you stop and do whatever helps calm you down. Pulling on my balls helps, because your balls start to retract into the body just before orgasm, so keeping them away from the body help keep ejaculation away for a little bit. Then when your at 6 or 7 you start stimulation again and keep going to where you feel the point of no return is approaching and then stop again. A good edging session is about 20 minutes but some, and this includes myself, will go 30 minutes. But 20 is considered the minimum. It gets you in tune with your body so you can know where you are and really help with your sex life and PE.

Then after yo have done it a few times you will be able to gauge where you are on the sexual scale and jelqing at lower gauges will be easier. Then you can identify when you have a 60% erection and start your jelqing routine there and you won’t be in pain. Also ease up on your grip while jelqing. You still have a long road in the conditioning department. But with time things will get easier. No problem about the questions. We are here to help each other and the only way you will learn is to ask questions.

Yea dont explode you head. This game is about slow and steady. Start lighter then build up to a point where you feel you are most effective. I really think that your training should make you feel better not worse, and certainly not injured.
