Single Handed Jelq

Well, I broke my collar bone on the left side. So, I have to wear that arm in a sling for at least 3 weeks, and really don’t want to use it much (at least now) because it hurts! My question is, if I only have one hand to use for a few weeks, is single-handed jelquing very useful, or should I forget it until I can use both hands again?

If you MUST jelq, the only effective way to jelq with one hand would be dry jelqs in my opinion, or you can change things up a bit and maybe focus on stretching for the next 3 weeks. Perhaps even lengthen your warm up and stretching times to compensate for the jelqing problem.
