Skin: The Limiting Factor

A lot of guys say they’re sore after a workout. How much of that is skin irritation, edema buildup and not actual tunica work. I suspect a lot, and that a lot more work could be done if skin didn’t get irritated so easily.

Skin irritation is relative to the PE’er. I’ve never had skin irritation, rashes, bruises. Most of the time when I’m soar it’s the Ligs from hanging or the tunica from clamped bends.

Using a lotion or Vaseline may help control skin irritation? I use both regularly when clamping or jelquing.

You lucky dog. Those are definitely intense excersises that would get you the right kind of soreness.
