small length gains in 9 months.
I been exercising consistently for about 9 months and gained about a quarter inch. I really want to start clamping since girth is what I really want. Im still about a inch away from my goal. Im patient in the length department. I have decent length. I would like to have some terrifying girth to scare the ladies with . If I could do some girth work and come back to length after a deconditioning break from my girth routine would I be able to jumpstart my length gains or does clamping stop them for good?.
