Small routine, how long will it take?

So, I used to PE about a year ago, and then stopped. But now, I’m back again. The reason why I stopped was because I got a turkey neck, and it took to much time. So my new routine will look like this:

Downward stretches 6*30 sec
About 30-40 dry jelqs at a low erection level.

My goal is to maintain about 0.5 inches in length and increase EQ.

How long do you think it will take with this routine? I can go for a year, but will it give the results I’m looking for?
