Some help. Stopped gaining

Some help. Stopped gaining

For the past couple of months i have not gained anything. Its starting to make me sad. I don’t have as hard erections when i wake up anymore. I think it might be a sign of bad EQ, but I’m not sure. My penis feels like it is full of blood tho. My routines are set so i jelq everyday except Tuesday, friday, and saturday. For my routines I stretch and warm up for about 10 mins. Then i jelq about 200. (Ive thought to increase the amount, but I’m ot too sure about it) I used to warm down with a warm towel, but very recently i cooled down with a nice towel filled with cold water. I noticed a nice hang afterwords. I tried with a cool pack later on, but it only made flacid smaller. Its about its average length now, but i dont know what to do. Ive been trying to incorporate kegels into my routine, but i don’t know how many or what to start out on. I hear that fowfers can bring alot of good gains. Ive been wanting to try those again. The theory of LOT has been on my mind lately. Im not sure what i should do. I feel like I’m stuck and have not gained a thing, its depressing.

Hey, it sounds like you just need to up your routine. You have stated answers to your problem, but you just havent gone through with them yet. Good luck!

8/12/09 5.70" x 4.9" NBP

Goal: 6.5" x 5.25" NBP

You could always try hanging, clamping, pumping, etc..

What are your goals?

Did your gains stop when you attempted to signifcantly up your routine? Adding more repeats or an additional day? As other people have suggested: it could be that you need to increase the intensity of your PE, however: it could be the opposite if you’ve already upped it and experienced the decreased morning wood etc. I’d suggest you take a decon break ; begin with a really light routine then ramp it up until you begin to experience the first signs of negative PI, then maintain a level just under that.

I would recommend taking a break. Maybe two weeks to a month. Then go back and do a two days on / one day off / three days on / one day off newbie routine. Give that a month and start increasing the duration of your workout but keep the same schedule.

I know a lot has been said recently about using a cool down instead of a warm down. I have always done the warm down and been happy. If you’re looking for length, focus more on stretching and less on jelqing (my opinion).

Good luck!

My journey .... My pics

Start BPEL 6.50" x MSEG 5.00"

Now BPEL 7.625" x MSEG 5.25"

I second the break I hit a plateau 1 month no gain, I was gaining 1/8” or so per month before that. I took off 2 weeks started back up for one week then took another week off and changed my routine a little less time and guess what I am 1/8” bigger than when I hit my plateau I almost teared up. I just cut about 1/4th the time I was hanging and keept the same amount of jelq and pumping. It is discouraging hitting a plateau but feels great gaining after. I just hope I keep gaining I was on a plateau end of August threw all September no gain now in October 1/8” bigger than from last recorded gain in August maybe gains are just slowing down but who knows a gain is a gain.

Also keep a good mind feeling depressed wont help try lowering the amount of jelqs or split them up threw out the day. I only do 60 jelq a day 6 days on 1 day off. I have no urge to no where near 200 jelqs a day to me it seems a lot but others have good results everyone is different. I start loosing erection quality with too many jelqs but I use a hanger device too so I balance the two along with pumping. Good luck man great gains will come.

Well if you have been keeping at the same routine for a few months and not gained then you can still be sure that you have done a fair bit of work to maintain and cement your gains.

Maybe up your jelqs or introduce something new in there.

Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

i originally started PE by overdoing the newbie routine by about 200 jelqs, So i had a break and started normally. I went through and saw little gains and after a while i stopped seeing them. i was already doing PE for a while at this point so i decided to up the jelqs and i startd to see some noticable gains and harder erections. the thing is, i had stopped doing PE for a while and i lost what i had gained. i guess i have not been doing it long enough to cement it. Im now back, getting into my routines and i have been doing this for awhile now, but i see no new gains. I slowly started to rise from where i was, to where i am now. I dont know about taking a decon break, the last one i took made me lose all of what had gained. I am doing PE more carefully and im more strict about not being lazy

I have already had a decon break, but i lost what i had gained. I am trying to start again and slowly gained what i had lost, and gain some more. I only jelq 4 days a week, but i have thought about doing a schedule with 3 days. I’m abit nervous about trying it tho, i have concerns if the one day off wont be enough time to heal from the three day-er, or even if i start to overdo it with three days then a day off. Ill put some more thought into it, and i might give it a try when i figure this little plateau out. I was fine with the warm down though, the cool down interested me abit. It makes some sense, but i don’t know which is more better for me. Do you think that alternating from cool down, then warm down is a good idea? Its just a thought. Thanks!

I had great gains initially and then stalled out the last few months. I started PE about 5 months ago. I noticed that jelqing with a tight grip makes my EQ plunge and the light eggshell grip has a positive effect on EQ. The other thing is I started hanging with a vacuum hanger the last 2 weeks and I finally see a positive sign. My BPFSL has gone up from just under 7” to about 7 1/8”. I like to check that from time to time because it is independent of whether I had a strong or weak erection when I measured. I only started with 2.5lbs and now I’m up to 4 starting yesterday. Then I wear the ADS all evening until sleep because it’s really comfortable so it’s pretty easy to do. I’m trying to break the 7” BPEL mark with this routine. I have about .2” to go.
