Hey guys, so I really got into this forum recently and thought it was awesome what this is all about. So other than the fact that I’m thrilled to be on a good step towards my goals I just water some advice. First off on 6.5” and I have a girth in the middle of my shaft erect at 4.” My main goal is to gain some girth, and eventually first get to 7” and hopefully 8.” I just wanted some advice.. Newbie routine. Jelqs will be adequate for girth at the beginning. Most people make quick gains in both after starting the newbie routine.

You should try different cycles and see what works best for you. I prefer taking only one or two days a week, depending on how I feel.

Once you have conditioned your dick, you should look into pumping. I gained over 1/2 inch in girth during my first two years.

And pretty much everything has been discussed at one time or another. Search is your friend!

I agree with dtwarren’s general views on most things, but I have to say pumping is just one of many ways to go after you cut your teeth on the newbie routine. Some people can do manual exercises forever and gain. Some like to throw on an extender and forget about it. Some people love to challenge their tissues everyday with hanging. Some people want to clamp off and try to make their cocks explode (in a good way). And some people pump. Then within each of these modalities you have several different approaches.

PE is a journey of discovery. The best thing you can do is learn everything you can and start pulling and squeezing your cock today. :)

As Rootsnatty advised, there are different routines used to gain girth. You have a few months now to look into and research the alternatives. However, if you decide to get involved in pumping, check out the pumping Forum which has lots of information and recommendations. My recommendation would be to get a pump with a gauge, and a properly sized cylinder with a comfortable (flanged or flared) base. To improve comfortability, I have always added the VelSeal silicone gasket from PumpToys. It costs $29, but your dick will thank you.
