Some newbie PE questions

I wanted to ask for the jelq exercise does the penis needs to have a 60-80% erection or can it be done with a 50% erection or lower, also what can be a routine for the jelq because I’m planning on doing only the jelq exercise. I was thinking of doing the jelq 5 days a week and take 2 days off, is this a good routine for the jelq only.

Perform Jelq at lower than 50% to increase length with minimal girth gain, and over 50% for girth with minimal length gain. Just stick to the newbie routine for the first three months then decide if girth is what you wish to work on, and then alter your routine to target this area.

While JollyRog is correct - based on my experience and the writings of others - if you are going for length I would not use the jelq technique at all; stretching is much more productive. Jelqing should be used primarily for girth gains, and should be performed at a 70% - 90% erection.

Thanks, but I want to know what kind of stretches do I need to perform becuase judging from the videos the one I think is best is the manually stretches, also I want to know, I like to workout a lot I’m the muscle type guy, I want to know if getting muscles and working out is bad for PE, like if it decreases the time to get results

Jelqing can be an excellent way for length gains, if you keep the erection level low. For girth gains a 60-80% erection is advised. Getting a higher erection, like your recommended 90% leads to bigger injury risks.

Use manual stretches for now, they are the ones advised in the newbie routine, there is a reason for that.

Working out has no known correlation with PE. If there is an correlation, it is likely to be positive, due increased blood movement in your body.
