Someone please give me a routine

Hi, I’m really really new to the whole penis enlargment thing. I have always read scientific articles in which they stated that “There is absulutly no way to enlarge a penis” and I had believe in that for several years. But I have read many testimonials on this site, and I believe that maybe I can have some gains too. I don’t understand many of the abbriviations that you guys use, so when answering me please write the whole word.

Ok, some back ground information. I am 5 foot 7 inches, 145 pounds. I am 18 years old, and I’m searching for a penis enlargment routine that will work for me. Someone please tell me what to do, and when to do it and stuff. I don’t know much about penis enlargment so I’m lost and confused, someone please give me a routine and explain it.

Anyway, stick with the Newbie Routine for a few months. Do your best not to stray from the routine and do more. You most likely will hinder results or injure yourself that way. Good luck! :)
