Something I just don't get

Hi all,
I’m new here and I haven’t started PE just yet, still trying to understand more.
There is one thing that really bugs me and I’m sure someone already asked that in the past but I’ll bring it up still.
I read that some guy managed to gain 1-1.5 in and what I don’t understand is why someone like that will want to continue PEing, I mean even if only 1in sticks it’s incredible, what are they trying to achieve?? I’m sure that most of the guys here are normal guys who do not dream about a 10” cock between their lags and an increase of 1” is the difference between average to way above average.

Anyway I hope I can get some answers about why people PE for years.

Hi Rman,

the foremost reason is simple, I think: many people start with way below average size, say 4-5”.

Beside that, many think: well, if I’m average now, why not shooting for big? If I’m big, why not huge?

In most of cases, anyway, real big guys tend to lack consistence for PE.

Some PE for years in order to keep from losing gains they made. They just do it at a lower intensity so they don’t gain anymore. Also, it helps to keep their penis in top-notch shape for sex.

What marinera says is true, and also because growth happens slowly, you get used to your size and barely notice it growing, so it still always seems small or average, until you start to get the ‘big’ comments. Even then, many guys still feel that they are small. It’s the sort of body dysmorphic disorder that makes body builders keep training long after they are ‘well built’ - they look in the mirror and don’t see themselves as big as everyone else sees them.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

I started at 5.25 BPEL. I’d need to gain one inch just to be average. I’d need to gain another inch to become 7ish, which is still below the goal size of many members.

Basically I’d need to gain two inches in length and one in girth to reach my goal.

BTW I’ve almost gained my first inch and a half inch in girth and it still looks exactly the same to me as it did before I started. Thankfully I took great pictures so I know that I did gain.

100% agree.

There's no Replacement for Displacement!

While it’s certainly true that you don’t realize how big it’s become there is also a strong positive reinforcement aspect to PE which makes it somewhat addictive.

It’s good for the ego to see it get bigger, some exercises can also increase penile health so it works a bit better, and it feels quite pleasant to do. Couple that with the slight loss in gains which inevitably occurs when you stop regular PE and it can become quite difficult to quit.

*You're in the right place – all the information you could ever need about PE is only a forum search away!*

Take your time, pick a simple routine you can stick to, and be consistent in your efforts. Patience is the key.

I don’t think that most guys who started way below average train to be huge, just like you won’t see the skinny kid trying to be a bodybuilder. But if you managed to gain so much, and in my eyes 1in gain is huge, than I don’t see the reason to continue increasing intensity in PE and trying risky exercises.

PE to maintain gain and EQ is fine but I read about people who PE for a long time now and still increase the intensity of their training

CONGRATS ON THE GAINS! It is funny how the brain works. There was a long while when I could not “see” my length gains. Then occasionally I would have days where I could perceive them. Now the brain has pretty much accepted them.

rman1, do me a favor.

Go to Thread Tools (toward the top of the page), and select “Add to Favorites” from the dropdown, so you can find this thread again.

Then, after you’ve gained your first inch, check back in to the thread and let us know if things look any different from your new perspective.

I continue to PE because while I’ve gotten some nice gains, I’d like more. Simple as that. If ever the prospect of ‘more’ seems like too much of a good thing, I’ll cut down.

I can’t see myself stopping entirely, because the other benefit of PE is better quality erections and erectile fitness. That’s something worth maintaining with a little light PE.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

6inches to a 7inch is still only upper average.

I chose to stop actively gaining. Check my stats; every woman I’ve been with has said, “You have a big cock.” Yet, some on this site consider a 7.5” BPEL x 5.25” MSG x 5.5” BG not big enough. And for them, that’s their reality. However, my concern is now far more to do with EQ than gaining. In fact, I just do “maintenance”.

Really, I don’t need to get any bigger. My current partner is an experienced woman, I’m sure no less than 30 or 40 previous partners. Has she had “bigger”? No question! Statistics will bear this out. But she’s with me now, and clearly a larger penis does NOT make a relationship. She almost always says, “You know, your cock is huge,” or “Fuck me with your big cock!” I NEVER solicit any woman’s opinion on the size of my penis. I don’t even worry about the size of my partner’s ex’s penis’. In fact, sometimes I’ll even fantasize about her being drilled with a bigger penis. Just a fantasy. Of interest, her sex toys, which she had before we hooked up, are, if anything, “average”. And she’s had a baby. For her, she gets off with me bottoming out inside her, contacting her CDS. So, I figure for her at least, any greater girth is not the issue.

I want to emphasize that EVERY woman I’ve been with in the past three or four years has volunteered the information that my penis is large. Most of my ex’s in that time were late twenties or early thirties, and therefore experienced to a fair degree.

So I have found my peace, defeated those penile demons of insecurity, and learned to enjoy what I bring to my relationship. Life is grand. And it’s not all about the penis.

Thanks sta-kool.

I guess the real problem is because the monthly gains are so small and gradual, the brain doesn’t even notice them. Though when I look at some pics I took a few years ago and see that my NBPEL was below 5 inches, I definitely know that thee was been a change.

I have only gained 2cm in length since I started. I need to reach 20 cm in length and I am 16 right now so I have a while to go. I am going to keep it up until I reach my goals. Afterward, I am going to focous on girth so I have a long way to go…

I don't settle for meritocracy

alborz, you shouldn’t be doing PE till your penis compeletly stops growing which is around 18. Which also happens to be the age that you need to be a member here…
