Split routine
I have been doing PE for a while now, but am at the point where I believe I need to do longer sessions. I use to do the newbie routine for 30min at night, however I have found that splitting my daily PE into two workouts works best for me time wise. I now do 30min of length exercise in the morning, and 30min of girth exercise at night. I also do it in the shower, so I can skip the warm-up and warm-downs to save time by just using the hot shower water. My question is has anyone had luck with this? I worry that there might not be enough recovery time with this method. Also, what about doing short stretching sessions during the day, for like 5 min or something? Any input is appreciated.
