Splitting your workout

Hi Guys I used to do PE in the shower but now my routine’s getting quite long. That’s why I decided to split my number of jelq 200 in the morning and then when I shower I do the newbie routine of 4 manual stretches of 30 seconds and 400 jelqs with 4 V stretches up and down and 20 ULIs in the afternoon. Is this a good idea? Any suggestions would be welcome. :)

Brian, it is not a good idea if you are not finished with the newbie routine.

If you are, then only you can know. Try it out, see how your penis responds to it. We are all different, so you have to figure it out for yourself.

That is a pretty serious routine if you add up all the stretches and jelqs. But I am in a similar situation: its more difficult to find 50 minutes of spare time than 2 blocks of 30 minutes. Has anyone with such time constraints found a way to continue their progress by splitting the workout?

When I decided to get back into hanging (2 1/2 weeks ago), I determined it would be most beneficial to split my routine due to my chaotic schedule with school. So far I am only experiencing positive PI’s but I am not due to measure for a while so I can’t comment on growth yet. There was also someone that had a progress report which consisted of a split routine and he reported positive results as well. Your routine seems very intense and you should follow chicken’s advice if you are not adequately conditioned to handle such a routine. If you are conditioned then the only way you can determine if it works is to try it yourself and see what happens. Good luck.

I’ve been doing newbie routine for 8 months already and I thought I’d add a few so I added v stretches and ulis. Personally, I’d be willing to listen to suggestions to tweak my newbie routine with lighter but more effective workouts. The problem is I don’t know where to start:)

Id stick to 200 jelqs then up them by 25 every couple of weeks?

In whatever you do.make sure you have positive indicators and stay consistent.your results will fade fast if you stop
