Splitting your workout
Hi Guys I used to do PE in the shower but now my routine’s getting quite long. That’s why I decided to split my number of jelq 200 in the morning and then when I shower I do the newbie routine of 4 manual stretches of 30 seconds and 400 jelqs with 4 V stretches up and down and 20 ULIs in the afternoon. Is this a good idea? Any suggestions would be welcome. :)
