I’ve been on and off for a while but I’m trying to stay consistent from this point. I determined my LOT was 6, so does that mean I should ignore the downward stretches all together? Can any of you just give me an idea of what stretches I should be doing that would be beneficial? Because all this time I have been doing both downward and upward stretches so I’m not exactly sure which one helps me more. Thanks.


1/28/08: BPEL- 5.9 // NBPEL - 5.5 // Girth- 5.2

Current: BPEL- 6.5 // NBPEL - 6.0 // Girth

Goal: BPEL- 7.5 // NBPEL -7.0 // Girth- 5.75

Research suggests that LOT is not as important as once thought. Don’t worry about it and go on with you stretches.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal
