I recommend you get into clamping the same way that it is recommended to get into pumping in this (in my opinion) expert advise post as stated here: Vacuum Pumping 101
The only difference is I would start with 5-7 minute reps and do not go above 10 minutes for at least a few months (many people believe it is uneccesary to ever go above 10 minutes).
Also I would not recommending clamping every day. If you’re starting with a 5m per set routine, then you probably can get away with clamping every day, but starting out I would suggest at least a 2on1off type thing. So in week 2 you’d increase rep time and in week 3 lower rep time and increase number of reps and proceed in that manner.
This is just a suggestive guide, as always listen to your penis, it speaks volumes. That being said, clamping is an extremely powerful exercise and in some cases, depending on how you go about doing yoru clamping, negative PIs that are caused by lots of fatigue on your penis are sometimes a necessary, repetitious, but temporary bain.
