Starting Up Again
Hey Everyone!
Well yesterday was the start of PE for me again. I began doing it in September of last year, but I got sick about two months ago and had no desire to continue doing it while I was sick. After I was well again (about two weeks later) I never bothered to start back up. I just started again last night so I’m pretty excited now :)
My plan for now is
1. 10 minutes hot wrap
2. Manual stretching (30-second stretches that take about 6 minutes)
3. 5 minutes of jelq
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.
For now, I am going to gradually work my way up to a longer jelqing time like I did before, but I plan on keeping everything else the same. I might increase the hot wrap at the end when the jelqing gets longer though. Eventually I will throw in other exercises after I do this routine for a few months. Oh by the way I’m aiming for 8” X 6.5”, I might settle for 6” girth though. We’ll see :)
