Starting weight suggestions and other related
So I bought some golf weights from Walmart to start my PE journey. How much should I start off with and is there a certain progression of weight I should use? As far as wrapping I have a pretty small dick at 5.375 and was using gauze and paper tape. It seemed to work out okay. Do you for see any issues with me using it? Also, is this considered hanging?
