Questions:

1. As for stretches - as a newbie, should I do just standard flaccid manual stretches, or should I try some of the other stretches as well?

2. Hot wrap - is it OK just to warm up the penis, or does the entire pubic area need to be warmed? (Testicles?)

3. What should I do if I want to jelq for length only?

4.What exercise should I do for focusing solely on length?

Welcome. Try starting with the linear newbie routine listed in my signature. It’s a great routine for gently working up to an intensity that works for you. If that doesn’t interest you, the standard newbie routine is linked here. Be safe and have fun with it.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have but also keep in mind that you can find just about any answer to any question you may have by searching the forum.

I’m also new! I was wondering if its okay to do stretches while taking a hot shower? Also , when do I know I’m ready for a bathmate? I’ve scoured all over these forums and read water pumps > air pumps but also that as a newbie I should take things very slow

What does it mean by no stretching for the first week or two?

1. Newbie routine

2. Dont ever heat your testicles, just hot wrap your penis.

3. Jelq at low erection level for length

4. Newbie routine

1/1/15 BPEL- 7", MSEG- 5"

4/4/15 BPEL-7.25" MSEG-5 3/8" (current)

Goal: NBPEL- 7.5", MSEG- 6"

What should I heat my penis with?

What EQ would I need to gain just length with jelqing.
