Stinging in nob
Hey guys, I just started the linear routine a few days ago, so far I’ve done one day doing a 15 minute warmup them 20 jelqs, one day off then a second day repeating the 15 minute warmup then 20 jelqs. I noticed on the first day after jelqing, I later felt some stinging in my nob, it was on and off for around half an hour or so. The next day it was fine. Now after doing the jelqs for the second time, I’ve noticed it happening again, however this time it’s the day after. It should be noted I stopped the jelq before the glans and I was not using a super tight grip.
Any ideas on this matter? I really don’t want to screw my penis up.
