Strange foreskin

Strange foreskin

Hey guys, I have this weird thing, and I’ve never noticed on anyone else it in any porn, and I’ve always wondered if it was an abnormality. Finally, I have a forum to field this in!

I am circumcised, and there’s this little foreskin connection from the tip of my glans, just below the hole, down to the foreskin. It sort of covers that area of the heart-shaped underside of the glans.

Thrusting during penetration, which causes a pull on the foreskin, thereby causes a sort of ‘pull-down’ at the tip. (Difficult to explain) In a way, it could be considered “functional” in that it applies a tug causing a tighter glans for more pleasure, or possibly an evolutionary thing to cause my ancestors to ejaculate sooner in the context of competitive Darwinism, or to hold the hole for maximum ejaculation velocity.

It doesn’t cause any problems, it doesn’t hurt or anything, sex is great, and just like most guys, I’ve done my best to learn ejaculation control (PE sure helps, I’ve noticed!) . I’m just wondering if ANYONE has this, or if it is an abnormality. I always just assumed it was standard. I think my wife does, too. She’s never ever commented on it, and I’m her one and only (lucky me)!

Anyone?

It’s not an abnormality. I’ve seen it before. I don’t personally have this, but I’ve seen it on others, and in porn. It’s nothing to worry about. Some people also have one on the front of their penis just under the glans. I think it’s just how the circumcision is done, and how it heals. If it doesn’t hurt, there’s nothing to worry about.

Normal. In uncircumcised men it’s a little web that attaches to the foreskin. It can sometimes be a bit tough and can prevent the foreskin from fully retracting, but in most it loosens up with use. Circumcised men have it cut through when the foreskin is removed, but sometimes a little remains. It’s perfectly normal.

"Pertinaciously pursuing a penis of preposterously prodigious proportions." What a mouthful!

tallheart,
Without a picture it is difficult to clearly understand what you are talking about.

I think you are talking about the frenulum or at lease connecting skin that looks like one.
Some doctors will leave the frenulum intact. This is nothing to worry about. In fact it may be a good thing and give you more pleasure during sex.

My frenulum was left intact as well. :)

Happy gains,

Thanks guys! As I said, I don’t have any problems with it. But it’s nice to be able to close that chapter of my insecurities! (Finally)

Oh, and I just looked this up, and apparently there’s a risk of this tearing during sex.. So be careful with it :S I don’t know what else to say. Maybe you should wikipedia it. The Frenulum is what it is if I was right and it is what 4Foreskin was talking about.

tallheart, No worries.

MidnightSun, As a type of skin it is possible it could tear, but I think that would need to be some rough stuff. I am not into that kind of pain. :noreally:

I’m uncircumcised and I have that, I thought it was normal. Everyone here in the uk (most are uncircumsied) call it the banjo .

Think the official name is frenulum, google it see if thats what your talking about

That is your Frenulum. Also known as the “banjo string”.

"We have met the enemy, and he is us."

Yup, I guess it’s pretty normal. Thanks guys!

I did see some photos of other skin bridges that occur from circumcision, but that’s not this. (Thank goodness)

What is it with america’s obsession with circumsition anyway?

Traditional propagation. When in Rome do as the Romans do. It’s bullshit, but breaking the norm is a very hard thing to do. It just happens to be the norm in USA. But the polls are showing a slowdown, and more people are opting not to do it to their male infants. But it is a very slow process. As more people choose not to, more people will choose not to.

I’ve noticed an increase in uncut guys in porn lately, too. That has opened up some awareness. On a recent episode of Big Brother (US version) one of the guys disclosed that he was uncut. ALL the girls were fascinated by this, to the point that he ended up showing them all. Can you imagine 6 hot girls on big brother and none of them have ever been with an uncut man? That’s the situation the USA is dealing with. It is a tough tradition to break. Almost like leaving your religion, or changing your last name before you get married and have kids.

I had my son circumcised. It was not that hard of a decision, but it would be now. I’ve learned a lot in 4 years. Oh, well. Sex for me is very fulfilling, so the cut didn’t ruin me!

PhoneThick,

I agree with tallheart’s assessment. I think this goes back to weird medical and psychology theories in the 1930s and 1940s. This misinformation was perpetuated. Now cultural norms for what looks “normal” and the American medical nonprofessionals keep it alive.

There is allot of information now available on the Internet on the benefits of having a foreskin and the problems of circumcision.

I think infant circumcision should be stopped. The only exception is a REAL medical necessity.

If an adult wants to have it done, then ok. This decision should be made by the owner of the body part. The decision for this cosmetic surgery should not be done by parents.

His body, his decision.

Happy gains,

4Foreskin ;)
