Hi
Many of you would just sigh when you read this, but I’m just wondering.

But when I’m feeling warm in the body and have a nice heavy feeling in the pants, and the penis hangs low and is warm, can I do my stretches without warming up? Because I feel that this is a better start than doing a warm-up on a shrinked penis.

Any thoughts?

Yes you can, but don’t blame anyone here if you hurt yourself as a direct result of not warming up. If your penis is already warm because of the weather, being in a hot bath or just got the temperature dialled up at home, then you should be ok, but why not take a few minutes to make extra sure huh?:)

I think there was a survey somewhere around here that concluded warming up greatly increases gains, so why not take those extra 5-10 minutes? :)

I’m too lazy to do this and I don’t like leaving a little part of the towel extremely wet everytime after a long sit in the bathroom ;)

Do you have a microwave oven? If you, give rice sock a try, I highly recommend it.

Stretching without warm-up, are you kidding?
50% of my warm-up are focused on the ligs/inner penis just because of the stretching.

I’ll rather jelq without warm-up than skipping the stretching. IF I had to choose between the two.

Laziness and PE is not a good combination.

Get a plastic cup you can fit your dick in.

Fill it with hot water.

Stick dick in it for 5 minutes.

???

Profit.

It also makes for a good prank, you should see the reaction of people after they drink water from a battered cup followed by you confessing that your stick you dick in it for 5 minutes everyday.


Talk softly and carry a big stick.

I think to really be successful, you can’t approach this saying “I’m too lazy to do X”.

PE sucks, it takes up a lot of your day, and can be very stressful if you live with other people and are keeping this a secret. I can honestly say that I have been pretty fortunate, 30-45 min, 4 days/week, and I am good, 1 3/8 inch gain, and almost 0.5 in girth in around a year. That said, some people on here put in WAY more time to get equal or lesser results. When I began PE it was an absolute obsession, and I think most people who become successful at this are a little OCD; Hence a little crazy, which results in tenacity and hard work.

I don’t mean to lecture, just trying to give you the heads up if your pretty new.

My penis always hang lower and thicker after I warm it up, and it seems more “stretchable”

I usually use the cup of hot water method to warm up for 5 minutes or so

But when I’m short on time I skip the warm up and just go a little easier in the beginning of my routine until my unit feels warm and limber!!

I would be actually afraid to do any PE without 5-10 minutes of rice sock beforehand.

Put hot water in plastic bottle and put your dick inside at bathroom which I am doing. It is best and easy way

Greatest discovery (after PE of course) to come out of thunders.

Lately I’ve been using plastic bags (freezer bags really) and fill them with some hot water and then use them as you would an “ice pack” but in this case I’m heating instead. It generates some good heat and you can work it around the dick and shape it however you like. Simple and effective.

For you dippers, don’t forget to apply some heat around the base to get those ligs warmed up as well. I like to heat the whole groin region except maybe the balls.
