Hi Guys.

I began my routine today. However I think i have a minor problem.

When i stretch downwards towards the floor, I don’t get a nice buring stretch sensation. Even with my foreskin pulled back as I stretched, I just don’t feel as if the ligs are stretching. Anybody experiencing this?


Starting Stats : BPEL, 5", EG, 4"

Goals : BPEL, 6", EG 5"

Sure, I do not feel much in my ligs when stretching SD. I figure my ligs are close to maxed out and quite loose. Try stretching SO and SU. How much have you gained till now?

When I stretch downward I like to have legs a little more than shoulder width apart, then I squat

down and use both hands to stretch down and back a little with back against the wall.

Hey Babbis I stopped PE for a while due to work. I just returned back to PE today so I can pretty much say no gains.

LOL! Could you imagine someone who didn’t know about PE walking in and seeing this?
