Hey guys, just wondering what you guys feel about incorperating a penis extender while doing the newbie routine? The way I see it is, it can only help. It’s amazing though how these websites for extenders can claim you can grow 2-3 inches in a year with doing nothing more than wearing the extender. Obviously it’s not true, I just wonder how they do not get exposed. Regardless of whether they can give you 2 inches or not, I figure if it can just help get any bit, it’s worth a shot.

What do you guys think?

Just my honest opinion is that you need to stick with the newbie routine for a while until you get your unit into top shape. The gains will come so do not beat yourself up trying to rush gains. Remember the old bull, young bull story. The young bull says “I am going to run down to that pasture full of cows and see how many I can mount, and the old bull replies little bull let’s just walk down there and mount them all! The extender is a good tool once you have your PE routine down to a tee, just stay away from the noose type and try to get a vacuum type because it does help with the healing process.

When you say vacuum helps with the healing process I am reminded of a thread here that quoted some articles that said that lymph fluid build up is not conducive to healing. I’m not sure how to find it but I remember it was posted by a guy named goldmember.

You are correct. The vacuum extender is the manner that it holds the glans and gives a full stretch on a flaccid penis. The trick is just adjust it to your full flaccid length after PE but not stretching for more length. Very different results in that I am able to wear it for hours and do not even know it is there. Trying to get length with one of these units is a different story. I personally use it to help cement my PE workout not for stretching. PE is all about damage control.
