Stretchers

Anyone here have any success worth mentioning wearing a stretching device for months?

Just stretch with you hands..

ADS seem to have cause people trouble in pain and discomfort for little to no gains.

Unless of course you wear it for 8 hours a day 5x a week, 8 months a year then your bound to see .5+inches gain. :)
