+1 for Wehrlein’s answer.
The deeper the heat the more relaxed the penis is, generally speaking. I’d recommend a rice sock as heating medium, compared to water the heat is more intense.
And maybe an infrared lamp as permanent heat source during training is a solution. This is anyway beneficial to have the whole zone well warmed during the whole training. I don’t have one, it’s summer and warm here, but for autumn this is on my shopping list.
