Stretching only

Long time lurker but just signed up. I was wondering what everyone opinion about just stretching are. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about 3 weeks and I think I might have gained 0.1" in BPEL the last time I measured but that could just be due to better erection quality. However, I’ve come to the conclusion that I have porn induced ED after visiting Your Brain On Porn - and have stopped watching porn altogether for about 10 days. Actually, I’ve stopped porn, masturbation and orgasm for the past 10 days. So my problem is that I use to use porn to get semi erect while doing PE. Now without the porn and no fantasy, I can’t get hard at all so jelqing is out. So I’ve been just stretching for the past 10 days.
Obviously, I can’t measure my EL but my stretched FL looks like it increased .2" in the past 10 days (it looks thinner though). I’m doing about 30 minutes of stretching 2 days on and 1 day off.
My question is, should I continue just stretching until I can get semi erect just from sensation alone or should I just wait until I can actually do the newbie routine? Any benefits from a longer stretched flaccid length? I mean say, I gain 1" in stretched flaccid length, will my EL be larger? The reason I ask, is because before when I increased my stretched flaccid length, my erect length did not change.
