Stretching question

I have been doing this routine for about a week now:

5 minute heat wrap
7 minute stretch session

I do this routine twice every day, once in the morning and once at night, so I am wondering can I do this every day because it is just stretching, or do I need to take a break? And will I probably see any significant changes if I continue to do this?

You could see gains, although I think the amount of time isn’t enough. Definitely do it daily to increase the possibility of gains.

Twice a day, thats 14 mins of stretching a day. The newbie routine recommends 5 mins, so dont do more than what you’re already doing. I would add in 10 mins of jelqing though if you can, it’ll only help thiings along.
