Stretching Question
I’m pretty new to PE (3 nights of newbie routine so far.). I’ve always been interested, but with all the crap out there on the net, thought it was fake. So far, the amount of information on this site is pretty amazing..
Anyway, when stretching, I feel a lot of tension on the head. It doesn’t necessarily hurt, I’m just concerned I’m doing something wrong. So, is this normal for a beginner?
