How long can you do manual stretches? I haven’t done very much manual stretching mostly jelqing. I’m going for more length gains. I haven’t seen much of a gain. If I begin incorporating longer stretch sessions can I expect good erect length gain. I just assumed stretches were more for flaccid length gain.

My impression is that a lot of people doesn’t know how to stretch properly.

If I may give you an advise, try to learn stretching the right way. It is a wonderful exercise.

In my case I have seen more erect gains than flaccid.

I learned a lot reading Bird2 posts, a guy that seems doesn’t post anymore.
You may searching for them.

So is it possible to gain significant erect length just from stretching without jelqing?

I have done almost no jelqing. All of my gains have come from stretching (I also started using a pump about a month ago, but I don’t attribute any significant length gains to it). I stretch anywhere from ten minutes per day, to five hours per day. I have probably been averaging about an hour per day lately, but I started off averaging two or three hours per day. My gains have slowed lately, and I think it’s because I’ve gotten lazy with my stretching. After my experience so far, I’m convinced that stretching is the key to length gains.


September 20, 2007: BPEL: 5.8 inches, EG: <5.5 inches

March 15, 2008: BPEL: 7.6 inches, EG: 5.75 inches

Yes, that's a gain of 1.8 inches. And no... That's not my real picture.

I to have gained substantial length from stretching. My signature stretch is using one hand as a base beside the penis and using it as a support for the other hand that grabs the penis at the top and stretching to the side. It’s almost as if you have two closed fists one on top of the other but the top one grabs hold of the penis and stretches to the sides. I’ve gained over an inch and half in less than a year using this technique. I rarely do jelqing.

If you are looking for length gains of any kind, stretching should be an integral part of your routine. 15 minutes at least, is a good place to start.

I have gained .875 in length in 11 months. A usual stretch session is 10 minutes of inverted V stretches as done by memento in his thread Mementos rapid gain mechanism. That’s all my arms can handle.
