I mean you could. But you could also use a sledgehammer to masterbate, and I wouldn’t reccomend either. Stick to manual stretches, they work and they condition your penis. Good luck on your gains.

Why would you put scotch tape on you penis to stretch it? Just the thought of trying to remove the tape makes me shutter. You might loose some skin in the process. I’m sure you could find something better.
