Stretching
Hey guys I guess I’m fairly new been doing lazy PE I’d say for like 3 months maybe, not very consistent but I always do manual stretches well I don’t slack on those but jelqs I’m slacking. Only do like 25-50 dry jelqs. I use to do the regular 200 wet jelqs when I first started.Anyways my question is about stretching I’m wondering how hard should you be for stretching because sometimes I’m almost completely flaccid and other times I’m like 40-50% erect. What state should I be in or does it matter? For stretches I do Down, left, right, up, then straight ahead V stretch I think it is. I repeat that 3 times and hold each for 30 seconds. You think just doing that will get me gains or do I need to step it up.
