Hi Guys,

I started PEing again recently and have been pretty consistent about it. I have noticed definitely some benefits in EQ, unfortunately I’ve also noticed I am not getting a strong stretch on my tunica any more. I feel it has grown stronger and not even phased by the stress I am putting on it through manual stretching.

I haven’t really seen any length gains to justify a plateau.. Is it even possible to plateau to so soon after starting? It’s been only 8 weeks since I started again and I know it takes time. I will keep at it but I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this and how you countered it.

No gains either in length or girth? Are you monitoring BPFSL? What are you doing?

My routine consists of (since day 1)

Morning:
5-10 mins wrapping with a washcloth and hot water
10-12 mins stretching up, down, sides, straight - I felt a lot of stretch on the ligs here
10-15 mins v-stretch
5mins wrap/cooldown

Evening:
5-10 mins wrapping with a washcloth and hot water
20-30 mins jelqing 2-3 second pulls(?), sometimes I do a 2-3 second hold behind the glans
5 mins wrap/cooldown

Sometimes I just combine all of it into one evening workout because I don’t have time in the morning(work). All of as sudden I noticed my tunica doesn’t feel stretched during my morning routine at all. I hope I still at least have a bit to gain from the ligs/tunica because I have not come too far from where I started. Also, I don’t want to start hanging till I really feel the manuals are not sufficient(maybe after 6 months or so).

Also, if I combine it, I don’t do the warm-up before the jelqs. It’s also possible I am jelqing with too much of an erection. I basically do it when I have a ‘hard-on’, but would this affect the strength of the tunica?

When you stretch is it using one hand and pulling in the directions you described?

Try this, Adapt a few stretches by placing one hand at the base of penis and one further up along the shaft then pulling those two points apart. This might allow you to target a smaller portion of shaft and thus the tunica, you could then work your way up along the shaft targeting smaller sections.

I like that. It’s a very direct way of aiming stress in precisely the area you want it.

I’m going to try that in the bath this afternoon.

When you say the “magic 8 x 6” is the 6” in width or total circumference? This is confusing to me because I have always heard “girth” pretty much explained as width, not circumference.

Today : BPEL 14.3 ,MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

Tried those manual stretches.

Very nice.

I do about 20 minutes a day with them now and it certainly has my flaccid looking longer afterwards.

Hopefully it will help erect length.
