Student routine and getting girth?
Hey, guys.
I´m struggling with my life, I mean, my collage making me really nervous sometimes-same as some jobs I know. I cant say I´m growing right now. My belly is tense. I sleep a lot because it is the only way to escape from reality. I´m loosing my hair at 23, so it sucks. I’ve started to take some vitamins, it seems like it helps a little.
The problem is the stress affects my PE also. it is vicious circle my stress heighten when I realize I cant grow, and that making me to grow even less.
My routine right now really sucks. its like 5 mins warm up, 5 mins dry jelq. 5 mins warm down. But it gives me the only positive feedback. and I do it every other day except of weekends which are completely off. I’ve tried the hard way and it doesn’t work.
Any suggestions?
