Suggest a routine please
So I discovered PE maybe 5 months ago, but routines have been disrupted by travelling, so although I have perhaps had gains along the way, they have pretty much been lost after spending 3 weeks abroad with no PE. Now I’m at home for at least 5 months and would like to see some serious gains in that time. The problem is there is so much mixed advice on this board - Jelq when erect, don’t jelq when erect.Jelq for an hour, don’t jelq for more than 20 mins.do it every day.do it day on day off. I just don’t know what to believe. Basically I want gains in length and girth, but length is definitely the priority. I kind of feel past the newbie routine having done PE for maybe 3 months in total (spread out across 5), and would be extremely grateful if someone cud give me a rough idea about a manual routine as like I say there is so much contradictory advice. (Btw yes I’ve read the FAQs etc)
