Just writing this one for anybody who is not to sure where to start with their goals or what not so I have decided to make some suggestions for those who have some difficulty choosing.
Current Penis Length BPEL—————Suggested Goal——————

Light jelqing.
200 when you get up in the morning with 10 mins pumping on 3 pressure.
200 when you go to bed with 10 mins pumping on 5 pressure.
Each routine should be monitored carefully and only stopped once gains have been accomplished and then cemented with a 100 light jelq in the morning for 6 months.
