testicle problem

testicle problem

hi,

I don’t think this is a problem concerning the PE, but, just wanted to ask you, guys, if you ever felt the same.

Three months ago, one of my testicles started to cause me pain….or disconfort. It happened with no regularity, and i blamed my tight underwear for it. I didn’t go to the urologist, hoping that i am ok.

A week ago, when i had sex with my girlfriend i’ve noticed that my semen has doubled it’s volume….it was coool.

Now, i feel that same pain in my testicle, (not sharp, but still pain) and the big problem is that i ejaculate half the volume i used to …
I’m very concerned because of my very little amount of sperm.

Can you please tell me something about what my problem should be, before i see a doctor?

Go to the doctor now! They have seen everything before, so there is no need to feel embarrassed.

yeah, i know i should go as soon as possible…but still i can’t go today. tommorrow i’ll see an urologist. Is it BAD??????

i’m getting scared!

Probably not, but go see the doctor to make sure that nothing is wrong. You might have, but not necessarily have , a twisted thingy (I cannot remember what its called) which is causing the pain. It isn’t anything to be overly concerned about but it does hurt.

Sunshine you are funny, a twisted thingy. So funny. Did you mean vasdephren? How ever you spell it.

Actually Sunshine a “twisted thingy” or torsion of the testicle is a very serious concern. If the testicle is twisted, it is cut off from blood supply and can actually die if not taken care of soon. Fortunately, the pain from this is so excruciating that you’d have to go to the doctor.

What you have might be what I had and just got taken care of a month ago. I had whats called a Varicocele. What you are describing sounds like it might be that. Is your pain sort of above the testicle? Do you have a “bag of worms” in your sack above the testicle where the spermadic cord is? If so this could be Varicocele. I could be absolutely wrong though, it is imperative that you go to a Urologist! Don’t be nervous about it, they really have seen EVERYTHING before so just go do it!

It could be a varicocele, yes and that is a bit more serious than what I was thinking of.

Which by the way is a twisted appendix (and yes you have them there). My son had one, hurt like hell, no damage. The doc gave him something for it and it quit hurting. If I remember correctly, the doctor said that the little appendix thing would die and be reabsorbed into the body that it wasn’t a serious concern.

But I still agree and said so that he needs to go to the doctor to be sure of what is or is not wrong. If the volume of semen has decreased then I would be a bit more worried, and that can be caused by several different things. The best bet is to still get your happy hiney to the doctor.

There are a lot of reasons for testicular pain. Most of them are pretty easily treatable and not what you could call “serious” unless you ignore them. Your epididymus could be kinked or twisted. Could be a varicocele or something else. Point is, you want to protect your fertility level. So, as Sunny said, get your happy hiney to the doctor to find out what, if anything, is going on.

thanks guys!!! thanks a lot. i really appreciate your concern and advises. I’ll go see the doctor asap.

Do a self examination and feel your nuts for any lumps. You should go to the doctor anyway, but if you have a lump it is even more critical that you do not waste any time.

Yeah! like mravg said, feel your nuts.

i can feel NOTHING! it doesn’t hurt when i touch it…. is that right that at the examination, the doctor inserts a tube in your urethra and it hurts like hell?

He’s not going to insert a tube in your urethra. The examination will be painless.

Even if there were nominal pain at the examination (which there won’t be) it’d sure be vastly better that avoiding the exam and going on as you’re doing and not knowing why you’re experiencing pain. Get to the Doctor!!
