Hi everyone,

I’ve been PEing now since November 06 and have been doing the newbie routine ever since.
I gained 3/4” in length in the first three months and no girth gains. I now don’t know what to do because I haven’t seen any length gains for a few months now and suddenly the little fella is getting bigger in girth. Some people that read this might think “What are you moaning at? You’re still gaining” but I’ve read a few times here that length is harder to achieve once you’ve gone for girth.

Now I haven’t actually concentrated on girth gains but I can only draw the conclusion that there’s something in the technique of my routine that’s swinging the results that way. My typical routine consists of ten min or so stretching (up, down, out, “v” and “a” stretches oh and side) followed by about ten to twenty mins of dry jelqing with a forty to fifty percent erection. I then finish up with fifty five second kegels.

I’m aware that a lot of the problem with workouts is simply running through the motions monotonously but I’ve never really had that problem. I love the feeling of the exercises and really feel each rep, set or stroke. I build up intensity in a pyramid fashion working up to the most intense point of the workout slowly and back down again so I just don’t know what’s happening.

If anyone at all can help with suggestions, tips or anything I’d feel happy to head in a direction that looks like it could work.

Nice gains! If I were you I would keep going as long as I was seeing any gains, girth or otherwise, then take a break to allow your unit to decondition. I wouldn’t worry to much about gains being harder with more girth, plenty of people gain length with preexisting girth.

Yes. I would not stop anything! If your technique is still producing gains keep doing it! I gained more girth than length my first three months of PE, and I never changed anything. Over time my penis started to get longer as well.

Some of us try a variety of exercises in pursuit of length, and get girth.

Others try the same exercises in pursuit of girth, and get length.

Some get both length and girth.

Some get neither.

You can try different techniques, but there’s no guarantee what gains you’ll see as a result.

How do you warm up? When you stretch, do you pull it to feel a hard stretch or literally pull it until you start to feel resistance or it stops giving?

Dude, dont change a thing till you stop gaining anything.

Ok you have been jelqing for a while, if you want to gain some girth try adding in Ulis and jelq squeezes. Do jelqs for length followed by girth exercises. I think it is a myth that length stops after girth gains.

I warm up with a warm, wet cloth for about five minutes in the shower. When stretching I go through the different variations ever so lightly for about 30 secs each, then again with a little more torque/intensity until I’m at the highest degree of extension whilst still maintaining comfort. I also never kegel whilst stretching (maybe that’s why I’m not gaining length recently; is that even safe?)

That’s ever such a relief to know you can still get longer after you’ve got wider.

I think (and have been for a little while) that maybe my girth gains have developed lately because when I’m jelqing I forget to concentrate on the exercise and it kind of becomes a Uli natured motion with the same kind of tourniquet pressure.

If anyone can point me in the right kind of direction on how to jelq for length I’d be most grateful.
I’ll use the search button first but suggestions or tips would be extremely welcome if I end up with no joy.

I have found lower erection level wet jelqing to be the most helpful.

Around what percentage?

I’ve now read this on a couple of threads and after having a go at it I haven’t felt as though I’m getting enough pressure behind it to feel a good pump. But then if it’s a pump feeling I’ve tended to go for lately (instead of a stretch) then that’s probably why I’m gaining girth and not so much length.

It is so subjective that you must take it with a grain of salt, but if you forced me to guess I would say ~50%. I can say though that I felt more of a pump towards the end of the penis rather than much earlier as I do with dry jelqing. I also got more of a stretch in each stroke wet vs dry. Short of having a PE tutor you really just need to get a feel for it and find a grip that allows adequate pressure.

Yes, agree with this.
I have a theory, it may sound odd. But I think girth growth proceeds length. And perhaps you lose a little girth in the lengthening stage, but then it returns when length stops for a season.
