I’ve been looking on the forums here, and it seems that the only actual way that gives any good results is the stretching/hanging or whatever, does just jelquing give a good increase in length/girth by itself?

For many people, yes just jelqing gives results itself. Stretching is an excellent way to make gains, but it is not the only way. Regardless, it is still recommended to stretch if you are looking for length and that is where the newbie routine comes into play.

Note that you will likely not see any immediate results this is not a rat race do the newbie routine. Measure your penis, instructions Here before starting the newbie routine. Then periodically measure for gains I suggest measure once a month after starting. Do not measure more often because gains may not be measurable and could cause you to become discouraged if you don’t see gains all the time when measured.

I do agree with you 100% I used to make that kind of mistake, right now I measure every 6 weeks only.

I just simply don’t understand posts like this.

Nowhere on this forum will you find someone (someone who knows their shit) making this claim.

Over and over again we tell people how to get results: start with the newbie routine, don’t leave anything out, don’t over do it, etc. And over and over again people ask these types of questions.

I usually don’t respond to posts like this because I consider them trolls and not worth my time, but in this case I just couldn’t help myself. I have no idea how the vet’s have done this for so many years.

Stick with the newbie routine of simple stretching and jelqing and you should see some gains but it takes time.
