If time wasn’t an issue and your sole focus in life was PE - what would you consider the best PE routine to practise?


Starting stats - 03-03-2017:

BPEL 14.5CM, MSEG 12CM

I would be doing 3 sessions per day, a light one in the morning, a avarage mid day and a heavy one in the night.

Since I’ve always pursued girth gains, on the first session I would be doing jelqing, pumping on the second session and clamping on the last.

Schedule would be 7 ON followed by 7 OFF.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

2-4 hours of pumping
3 on 2 off

If I had the time or urge to go that far

Never found the perfect routine. I’ve had many times in my life where time was no object and enough times where I spent money on PE like it was no object. There’s not a single device or routine I miss.

There’s a time and place for it all and it ain’t simultaneously. That’s all I can say.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

With PE what is perfect today may not be that perfect 6 months later.

Perfect routine?

Whatever nets me some gains. Other things are secondary, be happy if you find something that works in the first place…


February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

As tissue adapts changes will always be necessary.
