I was just wondering how many times a day I should be doing the newbie routine?

Once a day, preferably on a 2-on-1-off so that you don’t overwork anything.

Exactly. When you do the newbie routine for a longer period, for instance 2 months, and everything goes well you can switch to 3/1. Later you can go even higher (6/1, 7/0).

You say once a day.If PE is split for example warm-up streching in the morning and jelqing, kegels and warm down in the evening will it slow gains a lot?

Probably not, a lot of people (myself included) have had good gains from split routines. I just happen to think that newbies do better when having to do it all at once to build some discipline. And if you’re going to try splitting you had better warm up and down for both sessions. Bottom line, as a newbie you shouldn’t really do more than the prescribed newbie routine.

Thanks for your reply.I’m PE-ing for almost a month with split routine so discipline won’t be a problem.I haven’t seen any gains so far but I’m willing to give it 3 months to work. Anyway I just don’t have time to do it all at once, that’s why I’m splitting.Thanks again!
