Theraband is ACE Bandage, right? sorry about wasting space. I can’t seem to find “Thera Band” at the stores around here.
Start: 7.5" BPEL 4.75 EG.
Goal: 8" BPEL, 5.5 EG permanent. (or 8.5 x 6)

No, not the same thing.
Thera-band is a brand name for elastic, non-latex exercise equipment mainly used for physical therapy.
It can be found in some pharmacies, but is more available at medical equipment stores. You can call the company and find out where the “exercise bands” are sold in your city. They’re headquarters are in Ohio.

The silver color is the standard for PE.

Other colors will work though. Different colors = different resistance levels.
