Hey guys, hope all is well : )

I recently stumbled upon Thunder’s and I’m very grateful. For now, I can only post in the newbie section of the forum but I’m sure that many of the regulars check in here as well. Here’s my question:

“What would you suggest is the ideal routine for adding girth and developing harder erections? In other words, what’s the best way to go about getting thicker and harder?”

I’m just looking for a way to add width to my dick, while also being able to acquire erections that are hard as hell. Well then, thank you very much for your time and I look forward to your advice. Take care.

Sounds good, thanks for the advice guys. For now, I’ll only focus on jelqing and kegels and once I’ve gotten a firm grip on these two techniques (pun intended), I’ll then introduce other elements of PE into my routine.

Just do the newbie routine. Some of the best advice I’ve ever had is that you should err on the side of doing too little. Adding too much or progressing too quickly can really put a damper on your PE gains. If you’re gaining, don’t change.

Just do the newbie routine without stretches.

Yeah just do jelqing and kegeling then after a while move on to jelqing at a higher erection level and then eventually you could start clamping good luck.
