Time concerns

So how much time dose PE end up taking you in the long run in a given week?

The simple answer is that no one can give you an definite answer. Just start out easy, look up the newbie routine perhaps.

I’m still doing the newbie routine so it only takes me about 35 mins. I’m trying to not over do it, so I’m taking my time.
