Time of sets for clamping
What’s the consensus regarding set times for clamping? Big Girtha and Bigger did 10-minute sets, drilla9 did 15 minutes, and juke did 20 minutes per set. It seems that they all spent around 1 hour per day in the clamp. Is it better to do several shorter sets, or a few longer ones?
Right now I’m progressing my set times, was doing 3x10 minutes, now 3x11 minutes and I’m planning on increasing by one minute per set until I get to 20 minutes or discomfort, whichever comes first. Maybe I should be adding more sets instead, though.
