Tingle in penis while doing crunches

I get a odd expansive tingle in the head of my penis. It feels like swelling and a orgasm, I don’t orgasm. I did over 100 hundred crunches until muscle failure because it felt so good.

Afterwards I felt it on the bench press not so intense though but it’s their.

Any thoughts on this?

Has this always been the case or since you began PE?

Sounds to me like it’s nerve compression somewhere in your spine. Most likely in the lumbar section or lower (like in the sacrum).

Might be a good idea to see your doctor and make sure this is not something that will develop into a worse problem.

I’m not doing anything now or for 2 years, I was going to but zipped my unit in my pants and blisters formed they burst now skin needs to get normal color

I have a compressed fracture L2 the disc is broken laying on a nerve.
My back always hurts. The fracture cannot be determined when it occured. I don’t know how it happened. Never occured to ask if it will get worse I was told I should be in more pain then I’m in, slumped over like old folk with a rolling walker.
But I’m fine just back hurts
I will watch out for the sensation even though it feels so good.
Will avoid it at all cost
