Tingling sensation and growth

Well as my title says, have anyone noticed growth from that tingling feeling
A few hours after or the day after a pe session?

My guess it’s like a wound healing? Good or bad feeling?

Are you hitting your cock with a hammer?

If you do a search you’ll find others who have claimed that a tingling sensation was an indicator of growth, as well. They described it the same way you have, sort of like a scab itching while it heals.
