Tonsillitis SUCKS

I have had tonsillitis the past week, does anyone agree that it is worse than anything else? I used to get it a lot when I was young, but I don’t remember it being this bad. I was actually hallucinating and kept thinking people were walking past me. It sucks while trying to look after your kids.

Anyway, the point is… I haven’t done PE for a few days because of it, I was feeling like I was gonna gain some size before this happened… Curve balls are mean.

Do I need to recondition?

Just a few days off won’t make much difference. But you might ease off the pressure for a few days just in case !
