Part of the reason that I have not been able to get into a good rhythm/routine of P.E. Is because once I start to stretch, I’m at 80% after the first 30 seconds. This has become an extreme annoyance because it takes seemingly forever to subside as well, turning what should be 15 minute session into 45 minutes or however long it takes me to give up.

I realize that this is a blessing in disguise in the grand scheme of things, but it is making P.E. So much harder than it needs to be. I’m wondering what are some ways to keep myself from getting an erection so easily so that I can do a normal routine.


Starting size (Apr 2011): BPEL: 7.75" NBPEL:7" MSEG: 6.063"

With Minimal PE (July 2011) BPEL: 8" NBPEL: 7.25"

Goal: NBPEL 8" MSEG:6.25

At some point your penis will learn the difference between PE and jerking off.

In the meantime, if you get too hard just stop until your erection goes down some.

Just saw you stats. Congrats. If I had your stats I would not have found thundersplace, and I would not be wasting time doing PE! But that’s just me, I guess.

I am curious, I understand why you want to get to 8” length and you will probably be able to do that with stretching.

But I am wondering what is your motivation to increase your girth?

I really don’t have a desire to increase my girth actually. I’m mainly looking to get about an inch in length and minimize any girth gains. In NO way would I want to be over 6.5 inches girth, and gaining slightly to 6.25 wouldn’t bother me.
